Ashley Johnson is a dedicated public servant with 12 years of experience working for the State of Oklahoma. As the Tribal Relations Director at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, she focuses on supporting Indian Health Services and Tribal health care systems throughout the state. Ashley, who is Afro-Indigenous, is committed to improving the health outcomes for tribal members while considering cultural sensitivity. She is committed to helping internal and external customers communicate and demonstrate inclusive practices.

In her spare time, she teaches leadership principles. Ms. Johnson founded Liberating Leadership, LLC, which helps leaders maximize their performance and strategy and develop an exemplary culture. She self-proclaims as an organizational doctor; she is equipped to diagnose challenges and propose resolutions to organizations, leadership, and teams. Ashley holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany. She is a master in 5 Voices, a certified GiANT leadership coach, consultant, and a liberating leader who unlocks the potential in others.
