Marvlieu has over 25 years of experience working as a human resource strategist to CEOs and Global Heads with diversified business models in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and Switzerland. She is the Founder and Business Owner of MJolla Hall Group LLC. She received a BBA in Finance from Loyola University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Dallas.  She has completed further studies at The Wharton School of Business, Harvard University, the University of Michigan, and Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
