The St. John family support ministry is partnering with the Oklahoma faith network, to combat the impact of opioid and substance abuse. The keynote speaker will cover ethics. there will be panel discussions on prevention, treatment, and supporting a loved one with an addiction. THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH IN THE M.L. JEMISON CONFERENCE CENTER. REGISTRATION IS FREE AND STARTS AT 9:00 A.M. The conference will end at 3:00 p.m. Vendors will also be on site to provide resources to the public. NARCAN, lock boxes, and disposable bags will be available for distribution. SNACKS AND LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED for those in attendance. PLEASE REGISTER TO ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE. The HOSPITALITY MINISTRY is now actively seeking new members to join us! We are inviting individuals with a welcoming Christian spirit, loving heart, and a desire to joyfully serve Godâ€s Kingdom. Only one Sunday of service per month is requested.
In addition, we will be LAUNCHING A HOSPITALITY MINISTRY YOUTH DIVISION. YOUTH, AGES 12 TO 18 are encouraged to become part of this new ministry. Interested youth and adults are asked contact Deacon Gary Martin, President, Dr. Daryl Green, Vice President for more information.

On Sunday, APRIL 2ND, the VIP MINISTRY WILL ATTEND THE THUNDER VS PHOENIX SUNS NBA GAME. Game time is 6 p.m. at the Pay Com Center in downtown OKC. Seats are located in Section 109 at a cost of $83 each. Please sign-up not later than Feb 12. Payment is due not later than MARCH 12.
March 5,2023, 3:00pm at Prospect Baptist Church; the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will sponsor its 49TH ANNUAL “FASHIONETTA” program. This program provides community service, educational and socially enriching experiences as well as the opportunity to receive merit and self-help scholarships. EVANGELISM EXPLOSION / EVERYDAY EVANGELISM INTENSIVE CLINIC: MARCH 30-31, 2023. The clinic will be held 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the M.L. Jemison Conference Center. The lead facilitator will be Art Hallett, the Prison Ministry Director for Evangelism Explosion. The cost for the teaching and out in the field training sessions is $150. Scholarships are available, please see Rev. Cornelius Wade soon if you are interested in this training.
FREE TUTORING for school year 22-23offered through STEM for grades 1st – 6th grades on the 1st and 2nd Saturdays only; and will be cancelled as needed. 1ST SESSION TO START ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH (1-3PM) IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL. 10 am morning Prayer Team will meet in the Conference Center to pray for the worship service, the Church and Pastor. The more prayers that go up the more we may expect GOD to be pleased with our work and shower us with HIS kindness, grace and mercy. See you there.
CHILDREN’S CHOIR REHEARSALS
Scheduled EVERY MONDAY @ 6:15pm – 7:00pm. ALL CHILDREN ARE WELCOME. Masks are required for rehearsals.
HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE FUND: There is financial assistance for homeowners who may have fallen behind in their mortgage payment, homeowner insurance or property taxes due to COVID-19 factors. Offering Baskets are located at the North and South entrance of the church as you come in, to place your tithes and offering in. You can do this before church begins or when you leave.

You can give, “In Person”
You are welcome to come by the church anytime and drop off your tithes
and offering in the church Mailbox B.
Call the Church at 405-478-3344 and we will gladly come and pick up your tithes and offering.
You can Drive by the Rev. W. K. Jackson Educational Wing, on Sunday mornings, and leave your offering with the Safety & Security Ministry.
